Terms of Service

Zenlura grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable subscription license to use the TRVChek command-line tool under the Pro plan. Usage is bound to the active Pro subscription on your account. If your subscription lapses, your license to use the CLI ends until the subscription is renewed.

Subscriptions begin with a 7-day trial that requires a valid payment card; no amount is charged during the trial and the first payment is taken on day 8. Subscriptions then renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period and paid periods are not refunded pro rata. Any full refund we issue ends your license immediately. Full billing terms, including the failed-payment timeline and dispute handling, are set out in the Billing Policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the TRVChek binary, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Flood, probe, or attack the API key token verification endpoint or any other service infrastructure.
• Share, resell, or circumvent your license key or scan limits.

For fixable violations, we will notify you and give you 7 days to cure before suspension. For severe abuse — including active attacks on service infrastructure — we may suspend your account immediately, with notice provided within 48 hours. You may appeal a suspension by contacting support within 14 days. On termination, you may request an export of your scan history within 30 days, after which account data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

TRVChek analyzes your source code entirely on your own machine. We do not receive, store, or transmit your code or scan results — only license activation data is exchanged. Details are in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for license activation services. If uptime falls below 99.0% in a calendar month, you may request a service credit equal to that month's fee as your sole remedy for the outage.

TRVChek is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Security guardrails and static analysis warnings are informational; we do not warrant that TRVChek will detect all vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenlura's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including downstream software vulnerabilities or operational code drift. Nothing in this section excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You remain solely responsible for the security posture of your deployed software, including reviewing and acting on findings, and for complying with the licenses of any third-party code you scan.

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with an update, you may cancel before it takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for IP or confidentiality violations in any competent court.
