Billing Policy

Every TRVChek subscription starts with a 7-day trial. We take your card details at signup and authorise $0.00 — nothing is charged during the trial.

Two days before the trial ends we email you a reminder. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. Otherwise your first payment is taken on day 8 and your subscription continues at $29.99/month.

When the trial period ends, the command-line tool checks in with our licensing service once. Trials require an internet connection at that point — if the check cannot complete, the tool stays locked until it can.

Paying customers can keep working offline for up to 72 hours if our licensing service or their connection is unavailable. That allowance covers outages only — it does not extend a trial and does not apply when a payment has failed.

There is no device limit on your subscription.

• Days 1–3: a grace period. The tool keeps working normally, we retry the payment, and we email you.
• Days 4–14: the subscription is suspended and the tool stops running until billing details are updated.
• Day 15: the subscription is cancelled and the licence is permanently revoked.

If the payment succeeds at any point before day 15, access is restored automatically — there is nothing to reactivate.

If you are charged on day 8 and change your mind, contact support straight away — a courtesy refund shortly after the charge is at our discretion.

Any full refund ends access: the licence is revoked and the tool locks as soon as the refund is processed. A partial refund does not affect access — your subscription stays active.

If a payment is disputed with your bank, access is suspended immediately while the dispute is open. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, access is not restored automatically — contact support and we will review your account manually.

You can cancel at any time from My License — sign in with your purchase email and choose Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and paid periods are not refunded pro rata.
